Hey everybody! My name is Tiffany and I am the new office manager here at Redrum. I am so excited to be a part of the Redrum team and am looking forward to getting to know all of Redrum’s extended family and friends! I am originally from Charlotte, NC, I attended Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. I later moved to Atlanta, GA to be closer to my family and spent eight years there. I have been living in Mexico City with my husband Benny for the past three years. We are looking forward to the more relaxed atmosphere that Cabo San Lucas has to offer. So whenever you guys have any questions or concerns, I will be here to help!
Now, on to the fish report for November 9, 2011. Yesterday was a great day out on the water for all of our boats, especially for the Dorado! Don Heim who has been fishing Cabo for years brought buddies Rob Penrod and Erik Gellerman. This was Dons first time fishing with Redrum and Captain Omar and Mate Americo were his hosts for the day on the 31 foot RedRum. It was Eric’s first time fishing and he caught the only sailfish of the day! They caught an additional 7 Dorado, so what a great day for those guys!
Dan Miller and his family headed off on Cabo Marlini with Captain Teo, they a good day catching multiple Dorado.
George Snyder and clan were off on Tantrum with Juan and Ramon, where they caught a Yellowfin Tuna, a Wahoo and two Dorado!
Roman Guerra and lady friend were out on ReelRum for a half day with Edgar and Jesus fishing the Los Arcos area and had a productive day catching a total of 4 Dorado!
Dale Dagen and crew headed out on the Marlin Queen with Captain Danny and his mate Chito. These guys hooked two Dorado and a Striped Marlin measuring 110 inches!!
The Johnson party went out on Cabo Chica and Fish Tales, these guys had an awesome day catching Dorado and some Billfish.
Last but definitely not least we had Ed Raquel’s party go out on RumRunnin with Captain Javier looking to score some tuna. And boy did they score! They went out 33 miles before finding the Tuna but were successful and came back with a total of 8 Yellowfin Tuna. Robin Vandenbroeck said, “This was one of the top ten days of fishing in my whole life”, and as a seasoned fisher woman, that says a lot!!
Until next time,
Tiffany
