Cabo San Lucas Fish Report – 20th & 21st

Adam Friedenback and buddies Ben and Dennis fished with Ramon and Julian and ReelRUm for a 1/2 day and caught 2 nice Dorado, one of them weighed in at around 45lbs….

Angela and Jeff Ament fished on Tantrum for the day and caught a Roosterfish, but lost 4.

The Wendels and Hensleys along with friends Greg and Stanley fished aboard Nuevo for 2 days. Wednesday they caught 3 Roosters and a Striped Marlin and Thursday they had an evem better day catching 5 more Roosterfish on the Pacific side, then heading out to the Cortez side to catch another Striped Marlin.

Anthony Sepian brought a slew of friends and family down for a huge fishing trip. They booked three of the larger boats in our fleeton Thursday, the Marlin Queen, 19’s Toy and Colleen’s Magic. All in all they caught 9 Striped Marlin, most of which were released.

The Enochs were back at it on the inshore aboard RumRunnin. They caught 6 Roosterfish and 2 Yellowfin Tuna, that is right folks…. TUNA! 🙂

Robert and Andrea Langer along with Carolyn and Al Wells fished aboard ReelRum Friday with Ramon and Julian. They caught and released a Striped Marlin. They did not enjoy the long boat ride, as the Marlin are out about 35 miles right now, so if you are thinking Marlin, be prepared for the ride! They will be back with us on Tuesday though, who knows, maybe the fish will be closer by then, or we will do some light tackle fishing with them on the inshore.

John Davis along with Keith and Jerry fished on RedRUm for the day, they also caught a Striped Marlin.

Zach Thibedeaux and the Massey’s fished abord the Marlin Queen for a 1/2 day and released a Striped Marlin as well.

Sean O’Connell and his crew fished aboard RumRunnin for the day, they also released a Striped Marlin.

Eddie and Melissa Valle fished aboard Tantrum and had the best day of all of our anglers, they caught and released 2 Striped Marlin. Lawrence and Ana Leis fished on a partner boat and shared the Valles fate also catching 2 Striped Marlin.

We did have some unfortunate anglers out there who did not catch a thing. 3 of our boats to be exact, did not get one to the boat, 2 of them were 1/2 day boats and could not get all the way to the action. I hope this turns around soon!!
