Cabo San Lucas Fish Report – Weekender

Folks were asking about the big “storm” that was headed our way, of which I knew nothing about, but apparently was affecting the water temp, currents…. etc. It was not all bad, let’s take a look at how are anglers fared over the weekend.

Sean O’Connell and his crew were back at it again for a second time this week. Saturday they caught a Roosterfish and a Striped Marlin.

Veteran RedRum anglers and super nice people, Rudy and Ivette fished aboard Tantrum for a full day. They caught and released a Striped Marlin.

Monte and Danette Broome fished aboard RedRum for a full day and caught a Striped Marlin and a Sailfish, nice!!
They fished again Sunday with Michael Mouvet and son and they caught a couple of Yellowfin Tuna and another Stiped Marlin.

John Herzog who has fished with RedRUm a number of times and buddy Greg Politte KILLED it out there on RumRunnin catching and releasing 4 Striped Marlins. That is right my friends…. CUATRO 🙂 They also fished Sunday for a 1/2 day and caught a bunch of SkipJack.

We had two other boats fishing for a 1/2 day on Saturday, but neither of the two boats had any luck.

Super sweet couple Matt and Cami Bell fished with us for the day on Saunday. They caught a really nice sized Dorado and a couple of Yellowfin Tuna. Check them out in the photo with the Dorado!!BELLS 002

Friends of Anthony Sepian fished aboard our ReelRum for a 1/2 day Sunday, caught a couple of SkipJack and an AmberJack.

Patricia Riatti and her boys went out for the day on Tantrum and did not have any luck.
