Cabo San Lucas Fish Report – Weekend Roundup 25-27
We had two groups go out this Friday that went out on two boats a piece.
First up, we had the Benson group, they fished 1/2 day trips aboard Tantrum and ReelRum. On Tantrum, Mike and Dan both released nice size Striped Marlin and aboard ReelRum they released a Striped Marlin and caught 15 Spanish Mackerel.
Steve Hoogendorn was back with us this Friday as well with a large group. These guys fished aboard RedRum and Rumrunnin for a full day. On RumRunninm, these guys had lots of luck with Arie, Nick and Peter each releasing a Striped Marlin (Nicks was the biggest!!) and Dana caught a Dorado. It was not too shabby a day aboard RedRum either, they caught and released 2 Striped Marlin as well. Awesome day for these guys!
Last, but certainly not least were Joey and Nancy Weaver aboard El Nuevo RedRum for the day. They caught and released a nice sized Striped Marlin.
Dave and Ashley Hindraker were in Saturday morning looking to get into the fish! They had a great day aboard Tantrum catching a Dorado and releasing 2 Striped Marlin.
Brandon Tran and his buddies fished aboard RedRum for the day. They also caught a nice size Striped Marlin.
William and Pat McKenna along with buddy Chester Pickens fished out on ReelRum for the day. They had an OUTSTANDING day with each of them catching & releasing a Striped Marlin. Charles’ fish was the biggest “slim Pickens” was the second biggest, and, well, Pat’s was purty! They also boated 15 Spanish Mackerel.
Mark and Robin Brand boarded Tantrum for the full day with Juan and Christian on Sunday, they caught and released a Striped Marlin.
Mike Timmerman, Insa Chira and David Masuck fished aboard RumRunnin for a full day. They had some fun out there, catching 9 spanish Mackerel, 1 Dorado and they released a 140lb Striped Marlin.
Mark Williams took a solo trip aboard one of our Pangas. He said he had a great time and caught a Dorado and lots of SkipJack.
Great weekend on the water, hard to believe it is almost February, I hope this great fishing keeps up!!
